No dancing around it: this is what exists today, not what we would like to promise.
Yes, and it is not a bolt-on: both courts are configured the same way (surface, schedule, price and capacity) and live in the same calendar. A club with courts for both sports runs them from a single panel, and a player who plays both books from the same app.
Yes. The panel does not change with the number of courts: you set up one and run it the same way you would run ten. The plan you need depends on how many students you manage, not on how many courts you have.
Signing up is three steps on this same page: sport and number of courts, club details, and your contact. No call and no long questionnaire beforehand. We email you the access, and from there the first thing you set up is your court schedule.
To book on their own, yes: the app is iOS and Android, with your club's name on it. If a student would rather not install it, you can still book them by hand from the panel; there is no way to force them to use it.
No, on any plan. Cancel whenever you want and stop paying the following billing cycle. There is no yearly clause and no penalty for leaving early.
Yes, up or down. You change it yourself and it takes effect on the next invoice, never mid-cycle on what you have already paid. Downgrading in the low season and upgrading when you open new courts is exactly the case we built this for.
You take your data with you: students, schedules and the billing history you have recorded, in a format you can open without us. We close your account whenever you ask, at no cost and with no questions to answer first.
You do. We only process it to provide the service: we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we never charge your students anything. You can ask us for a full copy or for it to be deleted whenever you want.
The same as anyone else's: it is your data and we only host it to provide the service. The relationship with families and the minor's consent are the club's responsibility, the same as they are today with your spreadsheet or your group chat; we do not contact families or stand in for you. Our privacy policy is still a draft pending legal review, and the page says so: we would rather admit that than invent a promise we cannot keep.
On our own servers, with access restricted to the staff who keep the service running: nobody from one club sees another club's data. We do not share anything with third parties unless the law requires it.
Write to us and we will answer you directly, no ticket and no queue.
